Rachel is a mom, domestic violence advocate, and Rule 114 Qualified Neutral for the state of Minnesota. Rachel's own life experiences led her to create a non profit helping women and children escaping domestic abuse as well as starting a private family mediation practice founded on the values of respect, responsibility, and relationship. In both arenas, as well as at home with her children and in relationships with others, Rachel strives to empower herself and others to live a life of peace and authenticity, free from oppression.
